 We do not take responsibility for lost items sent via Australia Post. All inquiries should be directed to an Australia Post branch or lodged via their website. 

Once packages have been lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. We do our best to package your items so that they are not damaged during the postage process.
