Can I pick up my order?

Local to Wagga Wagga, NSW, yes! We offer local pick up. An email will be sent to you when your order is fulfilled and you let us know a time and date that suits you.

 

How do we handle gift boxes that contain food or chocolates on a hot day?

Please be mindful that courier vehicles are not refrigerated therefore on hotter days, beverages and food (chocolates in particular) are at a risk of being altered as a result of high temperatures. Zahlanda Gifts will accept no responsibility for any items that have been altered under these circumstances.

 

 

If the boxes are all going to the same address, you can pop them through in the same order. 

If not, we ask that you place separate orders for each different recipient.

 

How do I store my box when I receive it but will not be giving the gift to the recipient straight away?

If you are ordering a gift box in advance and it contains perishable items, you'll need to store it in a cool area away from sunlight, until you're ready to gift it. Zahlanda Gifts will not accept responsibility for any perishable items that have been altered due to incorrect storing. Once the gift box is in your hands, it is up to you to keep it cool, until you have delivered it.

 

Can I send the wellness box directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! This is the most efficient way to gift our gift hampers.

Just enter the recipient's address in the 'shipping address' section at the checkout. You can still enter your address as the 'billing address'. 

Please double check that addresses have saved correctly before finalising your order (including unit numbers!)
